TL;DR

Technical Support Engineer (Cybersecurity): Supporting customers as they deploy, configure, and resolve incidents with identity security SaaS products with an accent on troubleshooting complex enterprise environments. Focus on managing customer communication, debugging technical issues across Windows/Linux/Cloud stacks, and collaborating with engineering teams to resolve critical roadblocks.

What you will do

  • Manage customer communication and expectations throughout the support lifecycle.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat for assigned accounts.
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex customer issues across diverse environments.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal Engineering, Sales, and Field teams.
  • Escalate critical issues and track product enhancements with the Product Management team.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for the assigned product team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software customer support or IT support.
  • Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, and GPO administration.
  • Solid networking knowledge including DNS, port testing, packet captures, and TLS.
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux OS, Azure/Entra ID, and AWS IAM.
  • Proficiency in command-line interfaces and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python).

Nice to have

  • Experience with other cloud technologies (AWS, Google) and virtualization.
  • Knowledge of DataDog, SQL databases, and security software.
  • Proficiency in Korean.
