What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical contact and advocate for premium customers.
- Onboard new customers and conduct proactive health checks and product training.
- Research and resolve complex technical issues, leading cross-functional groups when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document customer feedback and drive product improvements.
- Identify renewal risks and support sales teams in account expansion opportunities.
- Create knowledge base content to share best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in English is required.
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with Windows Server operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise web technologies and security infrastructures.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- CISSP or ITIL certification.
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS customer success or technical support.
- Deep expertise in Linux and Mac platforms.
- Experience with Python scripting and REST APIs.
