What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define technical talent requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier engineering and executive talent.
• Identify, engage, and nurture candidates through diverse channels including social networks and referrals.
• Manage candidate pipelines and communications to ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and report on sourcing effectiveness to stakeholders.
• Collaborate on scalable recruiting programs and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house technical sourcing experience at a high-growth tech startup or similar organization.
• Proven track record of sourcing for engineering or executive roles.
• Strong proficiency with modern sourcing tools and platforms.
• Proficient in utilizing AI for recruitment tasks.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Must be able to attend the San Francisco office 3 days per week.
