TL;DR
Professional Services Recruiter (AI): Building and owning the recruiting strategy for the Professional Services organization from scratch with an accent on high-impact hiring initiatives and consultative search. Focus on designing scalable recruiting processes, driving outbound sourcing for enterprise implementation talent, and partnering with leadership to shape the function in a fast-paced AI startup environment.
Location: Must be based in or willing to work from our San Francisco HQ, 5 days/week.
Compensation: $125,000 – $200,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Build and execute the end-to-end hiring strategy for the Professional Services organization.
- Partner with PS leadership to forecast headcount and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Drive outbound sourcing for specialized enterprise implementation and delivery talent.
- Create and own a world-class candidate experience for senior consultative roles.
- Develop scalable recruiting systems, interview loops, and scorecards from scratch.
- Analyze recruiting metrics to improve pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and hiring quality.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on Professional Services, Solutions Consulting, or Implementation roles in B2B SaaS.
- Demonstrated success in enterprise-level recruiting rather than high-volume SMB hiring.
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS delivery and the ability to assess candidate experience.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform process improvements.
- High agency and adaptability to build processes in an early-stage environment.
- Must be based in or willing to work from our San Francisco HQ, 5 days/week.
Nice to have
- Experience as an early recruiter at a Series A–B startup.
- Familiarity with PS or consulting compensation structures and the competitive landscape.
