TL;DR

Sr. Program Manager, Leadership Development (AI): Designing and delivering enterprise-wide leadership development programs with an accent on manager AI enablement and high-impact capability building. Focus on creating scalable learning experiences, measuring program effectiveness, and partnering with business leaders to align talent development with organizational strategy.

Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA; role is 100% onsite (5 days a week)

Salary: $135,000–$150,000 + 10% target bonus

What you will do

  • Own and deliver leadership development programs across all levels, from frontline managers to senior leadership.
  • Drive the Manager AI Enablement strategy, equipping managers with tools and frameworks to integrate AI into their teams.
  • Design a portfolio of learning experiences including workshops, coaching engagements, and peer learning forums.
  • Leverage behavioral assessment tools like DiSC and Hogan to support targeted leader growth.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Talent Management to align leadership initiatives with performance and succession priorities.
  • Define and track success metrics to demonstrate the impact of learning investments on business productivity.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Seattle, WA, 5 days a week.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in learning, leadership development, or talent development program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute complex, enterprise-scale programs.
  • AI fluency, including understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and responsible use.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

  • Certifications in leadership/behavioral assessment tools (DiSC, Hogan, 360 instruments).
  • ICF coaching certification.
