What you will do

• Define and evolve global partner programs for Reseller, MSP, GSI, and Distribution routes to market.
• Lead strategic design, incentive governance, and operational consistency across assigned programs.
• Leverage AI-enabled technologies and automation to optimize operational efficiency and scale program administration.
• Act as the primary liaison between partner programs and cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
• Deliver data-driven performance updates and strategic risk assessments to executive leadership.
• Manage vendor relationships and associated program budgets to ensure successful execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partner programs within enterprise technology, SaaS, or cloud environments.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), project management tools, and operational workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage automation and analytics to improve scalability.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills with experience influencing VP-level leaders.
• BA/BS degree in Business Administration; PMP/PgMP certification is a strong advantage.
• Must be based in the USA.
