Location: Must be based in San Francisco and able to work on-site 5 days a week
Compensation: $125,000 – $160,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Own and close 6–8 full-cycle technical searches simultaneously, including backend, infrastructure, and data engineering roles.
- Partner directly with engineering leadership to define requirements and calibrate hiring scorecards.
- Drive structured hiring loops to ensure speed and quality, maintaining same-week feedback cycles.
- Pitch the company's causal AI mission and technical infrastructure to senior engineering candidates.
- Diagnose and optimize recruiting funnels using data-driven insights.
- Experiment with and implement new AI-native recruiting tools to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in software, infrastructure, or ML.
- Proven track record of closing high-bar technical candidates against stronger brands.
- Consultative approach with the ability to push back on hiring teams based on evidence.
- Strong communication skills with a high content-to-word ratio and zero fluff.
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco 5 days a week.
- Data proficiency and a proactive, AI-native mindset toward recruiting practices.
