What you will do

• Architect and maintain the central Global Obligations Register to catalog international regulatory and partner requirements.
• Partner with Risk and Legal teams to map compliance controls and ensure audit-readiness.
• Manage the institutional RFI knowledge base and global audit register to track issue remediation.
• Direct a high-performing team to replace manual processes with automated GRC tooling and dashboards.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure dynamic updates to the registry based on legal horizon scanning.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, internal audit, or operational risk management.
• 3-5+ years of experience managing compliance inventories or GRC programs at a senior level in multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Proven track record in constructing complex compliance matrices and managing institutional RFI mechanisms.
• Exceptional corporate drafting skills and cross-functional agility.
• Must be based in the US or EMEA.

Nice to have

• Juris Doctor (JD), LLM, or Master’s degree in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, or Business Administration.
• Professional designations such as CAMS or CIA.
• Experience with GRC software deployment and configuration.
• Background in high-growth cross-border payments or API-driven digital platforms.
