What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery accountability for the Global Competence Centre in Warsaw across six core operational teams.
• Define and execute the RMO centralization roadmap to ensure scalable growth and regulatory compliance.
• Systematically analyze and re-engineer operational processes using lean methodologies to drive efficiency.
• Govern service excellence frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, and quality gates for all RMO streams.
• Partner with IT and Product teams to implement automation and AI-assisted tools within the AML lifecycle.
• Provide executive-level reporting on operational performance, risk exposure, and transformation progress to senior management.

Requirements

• English: C1 level required
• Deep expertise in the full AML lifecycle, including KYC/KYB, continuous monitoring, and offboarding.
• Proven senior leadership experience managing large, complex, multi-disciplinary operational organizations.
• Strong track record in process analysis and implementing sustainable operational change in regulated environments.
• Experience in the payments sector, specifically in acquiring or merchant services.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational tiers, from front-line teams to Board level.
