What you will do

• Own the subsidiary reporting cycle across 11 regulated entities from cadence design to final delivery
• Coordinate with MLROs and compliance leads to gather, validate, and synthesize reporting inputs
• Compose cross-entity narratives highlighting patterns, risks, and themes for leadership
• Deliver Board-quality governance reporting under deadline pressure
• Assess substantive quality of reporting content applying governance judgment
• Manage reporting templates and identify gaps for prioritization

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years in compliance, governance, risk, or regulatory reporting
• Experience producing Board-level or senior leadership reporting
• Ability to work remotely within the United States
• Strong corporate governance knowledge and communication skills for executives
• Fluency with AI tools for drafting and synthesis with governance oversight
• Ability to manage reporting cycles with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or payments industry
• Relevant certifications such as CAMS, CRCM, or CFE
• Experience with multiple regulatory regimes (UK FCA, AUSTRAC, MAS, CBI)
• Data visualization or dashboard building skills
