Location: Remote or Office-based in the USA

Salary: $128,000–$170,000

What you will do

  • Recruit, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Strategic Account Executives and Directors.
  • Develop and implement market penetration strategies and territory plans to achieve volume and profit objectives.
  • Engage with C-suite and V-level executives to ensure internal buy-in and foster strategic partnerships.
  • Manage sales funnels and forecast accuracy to ensure revenue targets are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Track and report all sales activities using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a relevant area.
  • 5+ years of business experience, including sales team management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling complex software and/or services.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts with VP-level leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Knowledge of various ERP systems.
  • Previous experience in healthcare systems, medical, or software solutions sales.
  • Experience in sales management by metrics and selling against competition.
