Location: Must be based in the US, with extensive travel required within the North Bay territory.

Salary: $90,000 – $180,000

What you will do

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and healthcare administrators.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and needs assessment to contract closure and onboarding.
  • Deliver high-impact, data-driven presentations to communicate the clinical and economic value of the Zio platform.
  • Manage territory performance, pipeline forecasting, and account health using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Marketing, and Payer Relations to ensure seamless account operations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US and willing to travel extensively (approx. 4.5 days/week in the field).
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 3 years in medical device or healthcare technology sales.
  • Proven track record in capturing market share and executing strategic sales plans in complex environments.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in cardiology, electrophysiology, or IDNs.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Existing relationships with key opinion leaders in the cardiology space.
