Salary: $107,000 - $123,000 USD

What you will do
- Drive growth and close new business within a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for physicians, genetic counselors, and clinical staff.
- Analyze utilization trends and customer needs to identify expansion opportunities and revenue growth.
- Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations to communicate the value of genomic solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Client Services, Medical Affairs, Billing) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain high field presence, managing in-person meetings, regional conferences, and educational initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of healthcare sales experience or 2+ years as a genetic counselor.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as account management or client success.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Proven ability to solve complex, cross-functional customer challenges and manage stakeholders.
- Must be based in the Northeast/EST region.

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
