Location: Must be located in the Northeast/EST (USA). Field-based role with high travel requirements (approximately 4.5 days per week spent with clients).

What you will do

  • Drive growth and close new business within a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for physicians, genetic counselors, and clinical staff.
  • Analyze utilization trends and customer needs to identify expansion opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Deliver tailored, consultative sales presentations to communicate the value of genomic solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Client Services, Medical Affairs, Billing) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain high field presence, managing in-person meetings, regional conferences, and educational initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years of healthcare sales experience or 2+ years as a genetic counselor.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as account management or client success.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Proven ability to solve complex, cross-functional customer challenges and manage stakeholders.
  • Must be based in the Northeast/EST region.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
