Salary: $99,850 – $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, including SaaS, software licenses, and partner agreements.
• Advise Product and Engineering teams on privacy, data regulatory compliance, and AI-related legal risks.
• Support global compliance posture regarding privacy, export control, and anti-bribery policies.
• Manage intellectual property assets, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights.
• Assist with corporate governance, board resolutions, and M&A transaction workstreams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally as a primary legal resource for Finance, HR, and Sales departments.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one US state.
• 3-4 years of progressive experience in legal roles, preferably in-house.
• Strong understanding of software licensing structures and technology industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and build internal stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with privacy, AI, and corporate governance frameworks.
