What you will do

• Support product and privacy legal matters, including documenting functionality and tracking regulatory requirements.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and security teams to support legal workflows.
• Maintain privacy, regulatory, and procedural documentation across products and jurisdictions.
• Evaluate AI tools and legal tech to pilot and optimize automation for improved productivity.
• Draft and manage privacy-related documents such as DPAs, privacy provisions, and notices.
• Conduct research and analysis on global compliance topics including privacy laws and consumer protection.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant paralegal experience in an in-house legal department or law firm.
• Strong experience supporting product, privacy, marketing, or regulatory legal matters.
• Familiarity with global privacy laws including CCPA, GDPR, TCPA, ADA, and HIPAA.
• Experience drafting and managing DPAs and privacy notices under attorney supervision.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and legal tech systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
