What you will do

• Represent Customer Quality externally and coordinate with internal partner organizations.
• Manage excursions and incidents related to customer material.
• Field and resolve manufacturing-quality inquiries from foundry customers.
• Drive cross-site continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Support customer audit requests and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Advocate for customer needs internally to ensure service parity with industry standards.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Engineering with 8+ years of experience or PhD with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven work experience in IC package technology at hirify.global or an OSAT.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a highly evolving business environment.
• Experience working with external customers and in manufacturing environments.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Assembly process technology and Advanced Packaging.
• Proficiency in 8D methodology and RMA processes.
• Deep understanding of package quality and reliability standards.
