What you will do

• Perform precision measurement and inspection of substrate components across all manufacturing stages.
• Operate and maintain advanced metrology equipment such as Zygo, KLA-Tencor, AFM, and XRF.
• Analyze measurement data to identify process drift and generate reports for quality control.
• Collaborate with process, equipment, and supplier teams to support optimization and qualification.
• Ensure measurement system reliability through calibration, correlation studies, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and local regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Materials Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or metrology environment preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail for interpreting measurement data.
• Ability to follow strict procedures and standards to ensure data integrity.
• Effective communication skills for presenting technical findings and recommendations.
• Must be able to work onsite in Senai, Malaysia.
