What you will do
- Prospect target accounts across EMEA by identifying the right people and starting genuine conversations.
- Run outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn with researched, personalised messaging.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert marketing-sourced interest into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop territory strategy and prioritise accounts.
- Maintain clean and accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Share frontline insights on what resonates and what to try next.
Requirements
- German speaking ability required for outreach and lead qualification.
- Strong written and phone communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Ability to research before outreach and demonstrate quality in prospecting.
- Resilience and comfort handling rejection while maintaining activity volume.
- Strong organisation to manage high volumes of outbound activity.
- Experience working in a team environment and sharing learnings.
