What you will do

• Manage and grow the App Marketplace and current ISV partner integrations to ensure high adoption.
• Recruit and negotiate agreements with new ISVs, focusing on optimal terms, pricing, and licensing models.
• Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to accelerate resell opportunities and revenue.
• Coordinate the implementation of API integrations and technical solutions with Product and Engineering teams.
• Monitor ISV performance metrics and user adoption, providing regular reports to leadership.
• Drive joint co-sell and marketing initiatives to expand market reach.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business development, technology partnerships, or ISV alliances.
• Proven track record of managing app marketplaces and procuring ISV solutions.
• Deep understanding of SaaS technologies, API integrations, and developer platforms.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Domo, and PRM tools.
