Operations Supervisor (Energy Efficiency)

Salary: $55,700–$83,500 per year

What you will do

• Supervise and coach analysts and application-processing staff.
• Design, document, and optimize application-processing workflows for efficiency, compliance, and accuracy.
• Oversee daily application reviews and adherence to quality and contractual standards.
• Track key performance indicators, generate insights, and support internal and client reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams to resolve application and data issues.
• Create training materials and standard operating procedures while driving automation and process improvement.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Energy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.
• Must pass required pre-employment checks.
• If applicable, meet DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable transportation regulations.
