What you will do

• Work with key accounts to understand customer business and supply chain processes.
• Propose and implement procedures supporting timely and efficient SLA delivery.
• Ensure committed customer services are delivered to the required standards.
• Assess customer profitability and track revenue loss from existing accounts.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering to improve operational processes.
• Train and manage teams to meet quality, timeline, budget, and accuracy targets.

Requirements

• Operations and account management experience.
• Strong systems-thinking approach and passion for operational excellence.
• Ability to quickly understand and solve operational problems.
• Self-starter with strong influence and ownership of metrics and business outcomes.
