Senior Manager of Sustainability

Location: Fully remote, limited to applicants who file their taxes in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.

Annual compensation: $105,000–$143,000 for the Los Angeles geographic area; actual pay may vary by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Execute the sustainability roadmap across climate, water, waste, and circularity.
• Drive progress on Renew, Organic Cotton, and carbon-footprint reduction commitments.
• Translate sustainability goals into actionable programs, timelines, deliverables, and accountability tracking.
• Partner with Raw Materials, Product Development, Sourcing, factories, mills, and vendors to integrate lower-impact materials and meet environmental and social standards.
• Own vendor compliance data collection, performance tracking, continuous improvement, and sustainability reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Workplace, and Retail teams on sustainability storytelling and practices across physical spaces.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in sustainability, corporate responsibility, or a related field.
• Experience executing sustainability programs in supply chain, materials, or product-focused environments.
• Working knowledge of environmental and social compliance frameworks and reporting standards.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Comfort speaking to large groups and with the press.
• Strong interest in sustainability market research, benchmarking, technology, trends, and regulatory changes.
