Enrollment and Billing Team Lead

Location: Telecommuter; hiring is limited to specified U.S. states

Salary: $80,200–$103,700 national range; $80,200–$118,300 national plus range annually.

What you will do

• Lead and develop an enrollment and billing operations team in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage staffing, workload distribution, production standards, quality, and service performance.
• Improve workflow efficiency, accuracy, capacity, and operational processes using LEAN methodologies.
• Analyze audits, systems performance, service trends, customer feedback, and operational data to recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, establish protocols, and lead action plans for complex workflow issues.
• Hire, coach, evaluate, and support the professional development of staff, including performance improvement plans and promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of management or leadership experience.
• At least three years of experience in an operations environment.
• Experience with quality and production management tools and systems.
• Knowledge of auditing and systems, along with experience managing virtual employees.
