Compensation: $25/hour during the 12-week program; full-time roles starting at $65K+ base, with equity and benefits upon conversion.

What you will do
- Own day-to-day execution across order management, customer experience, and supply chain workflows.
- Rotate through multiple operational functions including analytics, vendor management, and OEM program management.
- Manage and validate data across IT assets, inventory, and customer orders.
- Support high-priority operational projects tied to geographic expansion and systems improvement.
- Contribute to root cause analysis on fulfillment delays and inventory gaps.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely product delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, graduating in 2026, with a strong academic record.
- Must be based in New York City for the duration of the 12-week program.
- Prior internship, co-op, or work experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with spreadsheets and operational data.
- High ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
