Salary: $26.50/hour

What you will do
- Audit upcoming trips to ensure all details are complete and accurate prior to service.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails from transportation providers to resolve operational issues.
- Source, negotiate, and secure last-minute transportation providers to meet service commitments.
- Coordinate with providers to resolve scheduling conflicts, trip changes, and cancellations.
- Monitor active trips and proactively communicate updates regarding delays or operational challenges.
- Prepare weekly operational reports and provide updates on provider performance.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or logistics coordination.
- Must reside in one of the 19 approved U.S. states.
- Flexible to work nights and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
