What you will do
- Streamline quoting processes and support Enterprise Quoting with high-quality deal output.
- Advise account executives during early stages of complex deal cycles on pricing strategies, deal construction, and contracting vehicles.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Supply Chain to manage and resolve non-standard or intricate transactions.
- Verify deals comply with corporate compliance policies and are structured for accurate downstream processing.
- Optimize Salesforce booking and fulfillment workflows by coordinating billing, order entry, and supply chain to reduce turnaround times.
- Maintain and update the Deal Approval Matrix and channel documentation; drive cross-functional process improvements and support Sales Operations projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or sales enablement in enterprise software or technology hardware.
- Proven experience establishing and implementing scalable deal desk best practices aligned with downstream order administration.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, complex hardware/software deal structures, and global transaction complexities.
- Experience with deal modeling, complex pricing structures, and determining contract vehicles.
- Proficiency in Salesforce to facilitate and optimize booking and fulfillment workflows.
- Ability to adjust working hours to support different time zones and critical business cycles, including extended hours during end-of-quarter periods.
