Salary: $115,000–$145,000 + bonus & RSUs

What you will do
- Craft optimal deal structures and pricing models in collaboration with Sales to maximize profitability.
- Analyze discounting strategies and contractual terms to ensure alignment with company guidelines.
- Manage the end-to-end deal approval process, including the preparation and review of non-standard quotes.
- Develop and update deal playbooks and templates to streamline GTM operations.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance to mitigate risks in contractual terms and revenue recognition.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Deal Desk tools and workflows for better scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Deal Desk or Pricing Analyst role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven experience in negotiating and evaluating complex, non-standard contractual commercial terms.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (CPQ) and advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for financial data analysis and actionable insights.
- Must be based in the United States.
