What you will do

• Craft optimal deal structures and pricing models in collaboration with Sales to maximize profitability.
• Analyze discounting strategies and contractual terms to ensure alignment with company guidelines.
• Manage the end-to-end deal approval process, including the preparation and review of non-standard quotes.
• Develop and update deal playbooks and templates to streamline GTM operations.
• Collaborate with Legal and Finance to mitigate risks in contractual terms and revenue recognition.
• Continuously evaluate and improve Deal Desk tools and workflows for better scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Deal Desk or Pricing Analyst role within the SaaS industry.
• Proven experience in negotiating and evaluating complex, non-standard contractual commercial terms.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (CPQ) and advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for financial data analysis and actionable insights.
• Must be based in the United States.
