What you will do

• Provide first-line Deal Desk support for new business, upsells, and renewal deals, including guidance on packaging and order forms.
• Draft custom Order Forms for non-standard commercial terms and secure necessary internal approvals.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts for systems and operations, including SFDC, CLM, and CPQ.
• Maintain the Clause library for negotiable deal levers and provide guidance to sellers to close deals.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to escalate and resolve non-standard pricing and deal structures.
• Ensure total alignment and accuracy between Salesforce data and executable contracts.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Contract Management, Order Management, or Deal Desk.
• BS or BA degree.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems for analytics and adoption.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, and graphs).
• Must be based in New York.
