What you will do

• Own the end-to-end endorsements process to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across accounting operations.
• Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to create prompts and streamline workflows for data analysis and reporting.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Serve as the FinTech liaison, managing systems integrations and optimizing NetSuite reports.
• Administer close management tools like FloQast and expense platforms like Ramp.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in accounting with a strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience working with both US and International companies.
• Proficiency in NetSuite (including report writing) and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms such as Anthropic Claude and OpenAI ChatGPT.

Nice to have

• CPA or other relevant certification.
• Big 4 public accounting experience.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, FloQast, or Ramp.
• Proven track record with process improvement and automation initiatives.
