What you will do

• Oversee federal, state, and international income tax returns and financial reporting disclosures.
• Manage global tax strategy, including transfer pricing, tax audits, and minimization of tax exposures.
• Lead telecom tax strategy, including product taxability and indirect tax determination.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Product teams to provide tax guidance for growth initiatives.
• Champion internal AI adoption to improve tax compliance, reporting, and audit processes.
• Establish formal tax policies to ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and SOX readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Taxation required.
• CPA and public accounting experience required.
• Approximately 12 years of leadership experience in multinational public technology, SaaS, or telecommunications companies.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, corporate income tax, and indirect taxes.
• Ability to influence management and communicate complex tax matters to non-experts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
