TL;DR

Field Marketing Manager (AI): Driving regional field marketing strategy and pipeline generation across North America with an accent on high-touch executive events and partner programs. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (Hybrid: 25% in-office requirement, plus up to 40% travel).

Salary: $255,000 - $320,000 USD (OTE).

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of field events including executive dinners, workshops, and roadshows.
  • Manage regional field marketing calendars in close coordination with sales leadership and demand generation teams.
  • Drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact through targeted event engagement and sales follow-up strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create compelling event collateral, messaging, and follow-up assets.
  • Manage field marketing budgets with a focus on efficiency, ROI, and scalable program playbooks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of field or event marketing experience in B2B SaaS at a late-stage startup or hyper-growth company.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through field programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with marketing tech stacks including Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and intent data tools like 6sense.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence sales leaders and collaborate across teams.
  • Must be able to work from the San Francisco or New York office at least once a month and travel up to 40% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ABM strategies and using intent data for account targeting.
  • Experience supporting enterprise and strategic sales segments with executive-level programs.
