What you will do
- Lead and coach a marketing team of four across brand, content, product marketing, and demand generation.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase awareness and mindshare within legal and AI audiences.
- Own the distribution of content, product launches, and thought leadership through partnerships, influencers, and media.
- Shape the category narrative for legal AI and contract creation to define how the market perceives the product.
- Represent publicly via social media, podcasts, webinars, and industry conferences.
- Build compounding relationships with customers, journalists, and legal leaders to drive advocacy.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams in high-growth SaaS or AI environments.
- Strong track record of growing category leadership, brand influence, or market awareness.
- Expertise in multi-channel distribution strategies (PR, social media, communities, events).
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for public representation.
- Must be based in the UK or the US.
- AI-native mindset with a strong understanding of modern AI tools and workflows.
