TL;DR

Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager (AI): Designing and executing an upmarket GTM motion from scratch to convert target accounts into customers with an accent on AI-powered automation and multi-channel orchestration. Focus on building scalable personalization systems, interpreting intent signals, and optimizing the pipeline feedback loop.

Location: Must be based in New York, NY (Hybrid: in-office 3–4 days per week, required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Salary: $115,000–$135,000 + equity

What you will do

  • Architect the end-to-end ABM strategy including account selection, segmentation, and messaging.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered campaign workflows to scale personalization using intent and behavioral data.
  • Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, direct mail, and digital channels.
  • Track and analyze MQL pacing, pipeline contribution, and activation rates.
  • Conduct A/B tests and translate data into strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to align on targeting and metrics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation or ABM experience at a high-growth tech company.
  • Proven experience building AI-powered GTM workflows using tools like Clay or similar.
  • Ability to create structured campaign motions from ambiguity without a predefined playbook.
  • Deep fluency in account prioritization, segmentation, and intent signal interpretation.
  • Strong email copywriting skills for persona-specific and funnel-stage messaging.
  • Must be commutable to the NYC headquarters for a hybrid in-office environment.
