Salary: $146,000–$250,000 per year.

What you will do
- Provide practical legal guidance to ensure compliance with laws and regulations across the Americas.
- Support the corporate development team with fundraising, M&A, and related corporate transactions.
- Advise on market launches and expansion into new jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with global compliance and risk teams to align internal policies with global standards.
- Draft and review commercial documents, including referral agreements and marketing materials.
- Provide legal guidance on marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
Requirements
- J.D. or U.S. equivalent in Law required.
- Must be admitted to the New York State Bar.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in financial services and corporate law within a technology company or international law firm.
- Proven experience in deal management, transaction execution, and capital markets.
- Strong background in corporate governance, securities law compliance, and reporting obligations.
- Experience advising on marketing, advertising, and promotional compliance.
