What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for business line partners regarding compliance matters.
• Provide compliance advice and training to investment personnel on trading activities and live queries.
• Review and approve new investment instruments, products, strategies, and trading venues.
• Manage escalation lines for trade surveillance, risk assessments, and control evaluations.
• Support formal regulatory examinations and track regulatory change initiatives.
• Oversee control room functions including MNPI, market soundings, and confidential information management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7 years of experience, preferably in a multi-manager firm covering systematic trading.
• Practical knowledge of market structures, quantitative methods, and data analysis.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage across all levels of seniority.
• Must be based in New York, New York.
