Associate / Engagement Manager (Private Capital)

Location: Hybrid; at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.

What you will do

• Support investor and strategic clients across opportunity identification, due diligence, M&A execution, and post-transaction value realization.
• Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and identify the key issues requiring attention.
• Plan and execute analyses, develop practical recommendations, and provide specialized subject-matter insight.
• Lead project teams through structured problem-solving processes and manage small teams.
• Work closely with clients and project colleagues to move engagements forward.
• Build strong relationships and ensure recommendations are coherent, relevant, and executable.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of relevant experience, ideally at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or similar organization.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and due diligence.
• Experience in corporate, finance, or advisory work across industries.
• Strong strategic problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel are required.

• An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
