What you will do

• Lead and deliver strategic and commercial consulting projects for Americas Downstream clients.
• Analyze commodity markets and project economics using industry research and expertise.
• Develop and present concise recommendations and strategic insights to senior client audiences.
• Act as Project Manager by creating project plans, coordinating teams, and managing milestones.
• Build relationships across consulting, research, and sales to support client engagements.
• Coach teammates and contribute to proposals, recruiting, training, and consulting-practice improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, energy consulting, or strategic, commercial, planning, or operating roles related to refining, midstream, or oil markets.
• Strong understanding of the energy value chain, commercial operations, business models, and strategies.
• Knowledge of refining and oil markets and the implications of the energy transition.
• Experience building relationships with clients or senior stakeholders and becoming credible across diverse subject areas.
• Project workflow and coordination experience in a Project Manager role is preferred.
