What you will do

• Plan, build, and execute email and nurture campaigns, including webinars, product releases, and client communications.
• Leverage marketing automation platforms like Marketo to deploy, review, and report on campaign performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Growth Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to coordinate integrated programs.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
• Support the email marketing calendar and reinforce growth marketing processes.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships through proactive communication and platform troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, specifically in email marketing.
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Hubspot.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be based in the Vancouver, BC office.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Marketo.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience utilizing SMS or messenger apps for nurture marketing.
