Salary: $55,000 — $80,000 CAD

What you will do
- Engineer and maintain a robust, reusable responsive HTML/CSS email component library.
- Implement platform-specific scripting (AMPScript, Liquid) to drive hyper-personalized dynamic content.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to manage precise audience segments and customer profiles.
- Configure and manage automated multi-step lifecycle campaigns and API-triggered transactional messages.
- Perform rigorous QA using tools like Litmus or Email on Acid to ensure seamless rendering across all devices and clients.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in email development, CRM execution, or marketing technology.
- Strong proficiency in hand-coding responsive HTML and CSS specifically for email clients.
- Solid understanding of relational database structures and experience writing SQL queries.
- Proven experience with scripting languages for dynamic email content (AMPScript or Liquid).
- Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) or Greater Montreal for hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Deep experience and certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Experience with Braze, including Canvas flows and Liquid syntax.
- Familiarity with CDPs, Salesforce Data Cloud, or Marketing Cloud Personalization.
