What you will do

  • Architect and scale the marketing technology stack to support revenue goals.
  • Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
  • Develop and refine lead scoring models and attribution frameworks.
  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends and actionable growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align marketing operations with sales objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in pipeline velocity and demand generation workflows.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or Canada.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Marketo.
  • 5+ years of revenue or marketing operations experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including lead management and custom objects.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, ABM strategies, and demand generation.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable executive-level recommendations.

Nice to have

  • Experience implementing AI-powered marketing tools and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with revenue operations tools such as Clay, Clari, or Hockeystack.
  • Track record of optimizing existing marketing tech stacks for improved performance.
