What you will do

  • Plan and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives and manage marketing calendars and documentation.
  • Develop and manage lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS to support customer onboarding and retention.
  • Oversee creative production for paid media channels (Meta, Google, etc.), including briefs and testing approaches.
  • Coordinate website updates and landing page projects to align with conversion objectives and campaign goals.
  • Produce and distribute educational content across various marketing channels to support growth.
  • Lead social media planning, content calendar execution, and engagement across priority platforms.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of hands-on marketing experience in early-stage or fast-moving environments.
  • Direct ownership of campaign execution in areas like content production, social media, paid social, LCM, or CRO.
  • Proven ability to run end-to-end campaigns across multiple channels without heavy oversight.
  • Ability to utilize performance results to prioritize work and implement improvements.
  • Strong organization and communication skills for effective collaboration with leadership and external partners.
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience in health, wellness, or regulated consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with email/SMS platforms and social scheduling tools.
