What you will do

  • Serve as the senior strategic lead for enterprise clients, managing executive communication and long-term partnership value.
  • Develop and execute renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies to drive Net Revenue Retention.
  • Design integrated growth plans across Paid Media, SEO, Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps.
  • Own portfolio economics, including forecasting, margin health, and scope control.
  • Translate complex performance data into business narratives for VP and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Mentor strategists and project teams to elevate commercial accountability and strategic thinking.

Requirements

  • 7–12 years of experience in agency or client services roles, specifically with B2B SaaS or technology clients.
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and expansion across a $2M+ portfolio.
  • Strong fluency in Paid Media, SEO, Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps.
  • Experience partnering with VP-, CMO-, and CRO-level stakeholders.
  • Must permanently reside in and have current work authorization for Canada, Mexico, or the UK.
