What you will do
- Serve as the senior strategic lead for enterprise clients, managing executive communication and long-term partnership value.
- Develop and execute renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies to drive Net Revenue Retention.
- Design integrated growth plans across Paid Media, SEO, Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps.
- Own portfolio economics, including forecasting, margin health, and scope control.
- Translate complex performance data into business narratives for VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Mentor strategists and project teams to elevate commercial accountability and strategic thinking.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in agency or client services roles, specifically with B2B SaaS or technology clients.
- Proven track record of managing renewals and expansion across a $2M+ portfolio.
- Strong fluency in Paid Media, SEO, Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps.
- Experience partnering with VP-, CMO-, and CRO-level stakeholders.
- Must permanently reside in and have current work authorization for Canada, Mexico, or the UK.
