What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle strategy, planning, and execution for identified government and healthcare institutions.
• Foster deep relationships with accounts to ensure successful deployment and cross-functional implementation.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to drive MAU growth and deliver agreed-upon transformation strategies.
• Analyze usage patterns and trends to inform future product and marketing initiatives.
• Drive retention and engagement by testing and iterating on lifecycle strategies.
• Communicate complex concepts simply to tell compelling stories to customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive with a track record of closing complex deals.
• Conversational French proficiency required for engaging with French Canadian accounts.
• Strong English fluency for broader sales motions.
• Deep understanding of technology roll-outs within government or healthcare institutions.
• Strong business planning skills with the ability to drive projects from conception to implementation.
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
