What you will do

  • Plan and deliver trade show and proprietary field events across APAC, ensuring brand and persona alignment and staying within budget.
  • Plan and deliver webinars to drive engagement and expansion across priority industries and personas.
  • Activate memberships, alliances, and external partners through campaigns, webinars, content, events, and referral/audience amplification opportunities.
  • Support APAC engagement and advocacy programs, including regional execution of the user conference from program design to on-site management.
  • Lead vendor sourcing and management for venues, agencies, production partners, and suppliers.
  • Track and report program effectiveness, engagement, influenced pipeline, and conversion outcomes; deliver post-event analytics and executive reporting.

Requirements

  • Full working rights in Australia without current or future sponsorship.
  • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a regional role within a global organization.
  • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end event programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Event, webinar, and podcast production experience.
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and inform decisions.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management across marketing, sales, and client functions.
