What you will do

• Define and execute full-funnel Australia marketing plans, including growth channels and demand generation campaigns.
• Analyze hirify.global Business customer needs to create data-driven, actionable insights for product and marketing.
• Lead local marketing activations, ranging from case study creation to community meetups.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams to create assets for local enterprises.
• Track and report market performance to senior leadership, optimizing for efficiency and scale.
• Run experiments to test hypotheses and inform the go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record as a growth marketing manager.
• Must be based in Australia with in-depth knowledge of the local B2B market (ATL, BTL, demand gen).
• Experience with CRM/Salesforce, events marketing, and email marketing technology.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisions.
• Startup or performance marketing mindset to leverage partnerships and owned channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
