What you will do

• Build and nurture communities across students, professionals, startups, and enterprise users in A/NZ.
• Orchestrate and deliver diverse field and community experiences, including digital events, meetups, and owned events.
• Own end-to-end planning, execution, and measurement of all regional marketing programs.
• Partner with APAC marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-value content and experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related marketing experience.
• Proven track record of delivering experiential marketing and events that drive business value.
• Strong project management habits and comfort working across different time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be based in Sydney, Australia

Nice to have

• Experience working in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.
• Proficiency with Notion and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Luma, Airtable, and Tableau.
