Account Manager

Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia. The role follows a hybrid work model with office attendance required four days a week.

What you will do

• Support the Account Director in managing client portfolios and identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing and communications projects.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and priorities while escalating risks.
• Coordinate and mentor Account Executives and support team members.
• Provide strategic communication advice based on market trends and consumer insights.

Requirements

• Strong and proven experience at a similar level in advertising, marketing, or a related business role.
• Advanced English language skills required for business purposes.
• Basic working knowledge of multi-touch point communication programs.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Must be able to work from the Sydney office four days a week.
