What you will do

• Develop and execute hirify.global's marketing strategy for APAC in collaboration with Business Management, Creative, Legal, and Media teams.
• Plan and lead integrated full-funnel campaigns across OOH, digital, paid social, radio, and sponsorships.
• Partner with the in-house creative team to develop on-brand assets across various marketing channels.
• Scale community marketing and ambassador programmes to build relevance among diaspora and migrant audiences.
• Manage influencer and creator partnerships, overseeing briefs, content delivery, and performance reporting.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize marketing output and increase execution speed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of marketing experience in the APAC region.
• Proven experience in integrated campaign planning across traditional and digital media.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Experience building community marketing, ambassador, and influencer programmes.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfort operating as the primary in-market lead across multiple time zones.

• Experience in fintech, payments, or other similarly regulated categories.
