What you will do

• Execute client lifecycle marketing campaigns to increase engagement, retention, and trading activity.
• Coordinate end-to-end promotional processes, including feasibility assessments and platform implementation.
• Validate promotion rules and campaign mechanics to ensure consistency with system capabilities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams for campaign approvals.
• Manage campaign system configuration and provide post-launch operational support.
• Monitor performance and prepare reports on client participation and engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in marketing or campaign operations.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaign execution and client engagement strategies.
• Ability to analyze data and interpret campaign performance metrics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
