What you will do

  • Own and execute full-cycle recruitment workflows from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
  • Partner directly with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
  • Source and screen candidates across diverse geographies to maintain high-quality pipelines.
  • Coordinate interview processes and gather structured feedback to support hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system to ensure compliance and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Knowledge of multi-region talent market dynamics and hiring conditions.
  • Ability to elicit and document clear hiring requirements with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with structured interview methods and consistent candidate evaluation.
  • Understanding of recruitment compliance and data privacy standards.
